Welcome Spring!

Hello sunshine & first day of spring!
what are you mostly looking forward to during this season?
I will be out enjoying the sun and getting my vitamin D.
Did you know Vitamin D is an essential vitamin required by the body for the porper absorption of calcium, bone development, proper immune functioning and much more?  According to the United States Institute of Medicine the reccomended dietary allowances of vitamin D for adults is 600 IU/day. So put on your favorite pair os sunglasses and lets get some sun!!
